What steps are involved in using your proxies?

The process is very simple and straightforward. You signup on our website and populate your shopping cart by adding proxies from various locations that you chose. After purchasing the proxies, your selection is automatically added to your account and you may start using the anonymous proxies in no more than 2 hours.
What defines an “anonymous proxy”?

An anonymous proxy is a proxy which masks the real ip of the computer utilising it without leaving any traces. With our anonymous proxies all web browsing appears to be coming from our servers instead of your computer
Do I share my proxies with anyone else?

No, we do not share the proxies. Our anonymous proxies are also dedicated and, once purchased by a client, the proxy is removed from the search list. You are the only one using it for as long as your subscription remains active.
What if I need proxies from custom locations?

We can't guarantee that we will satisfy every request for custom locations but we surely take every suggestion into consideration. Of course, certain factors may affect our decision such as the quantity you need, past requests for the same location etc. Please contact us if interested.

Do you have a money back guarantee?

Yes we do have a 30 day money back guarantee however, this doesn't applies if we detect that you have been using the proxies. We refund only in case of bugs (service not working), or slow/bad service performance.
Is there a minimum commitment?

We offer a month to month service. There is no contract or long term obligation. You are billed on a monthly basis, and if you cancel you will not be billed again.
What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we only accept Paypal as a payment method but this is subject to change in the near future. If you're unable to pay via Paypal please contact us for additional payment methods.
Do I have any limits or restrictions?
